Confirm the street address and parcel instead of treating the postal city as the permitting authority.
So "Katy, TX" on an envelope tells you almost nothing about who permits your building. It can be any of four different offices.

The I-10 and Grand Parkway corridor: what it changes about your bays
For a distribution facility along I-10 or the Grand Parkway, these are useful operating details to mention.
