Conroe is outside the Texas windstorm area. Two things that matters for:
- Old bookmarks and old process notes are stale. If your facility's records point at the previous system, they'll need updating.
- A published general fee is not a door fee. Fee schedules list categories, not your job. What applies depends on how the actual work is classified, and that's a conversation with the building official — not a number to read off a page.
Which office, though? Only if your facility is inside Conroe city limits.
