Terms of Service
Last Updated: September 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using uptimedockanddoor.com ("the Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Site to locate or contact a repair company.
2. Nature of the Service
Uptime Dock & Door is a commercial service-referral directory. We are not a repair contractor, dispatch center, or franchise operator. We do not perform repair services, employ technicians, quote prices, or guarantee arrival times. Our sole function is to provide contact information for independent commercial repair companies that have agreed to accept referrals in designated service areas.
3. Independent Repair Companies
When you dial a phone number listed on the Site, you are connected with an independent repair company. All agreements regarding scheduling, pricing, diagnostics, repairs, warranties, and invoicing are strictly between you and that independent company. Uptime Dock & Door is not a party to these transactions and accepts no liability for the quality of work, timeliness, or safety practices of the independent repair company.
4. Call Tracking and Recording
Calls made to the local numbers published on the Site are routed through a call-tracking service. These calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance and to verify billable referral connections. By dialing a published number, you consent to this routing and potential recording.
5. Commercial Use Only
The service connections provided on the Site are exclusively for commercial and industrial facilities. The independent repair companies listed do not accept residential work (e.g., home garage doors), pedestrian storefront door repair, or automotive glass repair.
6. No Warranties or Endorsements
While Uptime Dock & Door confirms a provider's service area, accepted equipment, and call-answering hours prior to publication, this verification does not constitute a warranty, endorsement, or certification of the provider's skills, licensing, insurance, or business practices. Users are responsible for verifying any necessary credentials directly with the repair company before authorizing work.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uptime Dock & Door shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any services provided by the independent repair companies located through the Site.
