About Uptime

Uptime Dock & Door is a commercial service-referral business. It connects warehouses, distribution facilities and commercial garages with an independent loading dock, dock door and commercial overhead door repair company in approved service areas.

Our Purpose

When a commercial loading dock or overhead door fails, the priority is restoring facility throughput safely and efficiently. Facility managers do not have time to comb through directories, guess which companies handle commercial equipment, or fill out generic lead forms that blast their contact information across the internet.

Uptime Dock & Door was built to eliminate that friction. We provide a single, direct path to an independent commercial repair company whose coverage, accepted equipment, and call-answering hours have been confirmed before the phone number is ever published.

An Independent Connection

We are not a franchise, a dispatch center, or a repair contractor. We do not employ technicians, schedule service visits, or price repair work. We are a commercial service-referral business.

The companies listed in our active service areas are entirely independent. When you call the local number on a service-area page, you are speaking directly with the business that will confirm availability, quote the work, dispatch the technician, and invoice you for the repair. Participating repair companies pay Uptime an agreed referral fee for these connections.

The Uptime Standard

We do not publish theoretical service areas. A location only goes live when:

• An independent provider has signed a referral agreement.
• The provider's accepted equipment list (dock levelers, overhead doors, rolling steel) is confirmed.
• The geographical coverage area and call-answering hours are verified.
• A local, dedicated tracking number is provisioned and end-to-end tested.

This ensures that when a facility manager dials the number, they reach a capable, operating commercial repair company ready to discuss the problem.
