Crossing the county line changes who you ask
The permit office follows the parcel jurisdiction, not the nearest familiar city name. That distinction can matter to repair, replacement and electrical work.
An Ontario facility and a facility inside Jurupa Valley use different local building and fire routes. Same regional freight network, different paperwork.
