What that means for the person calling about a broken bay, stated as equipment reality and not as anything else:
- A multi-bay building needs a bay-by-bay answer. If several bays use the same equipment, say whether the fault affects one bay or a pattern. Say how many bays you have; the equipment at bay 14 does not identify what is installed at the other bays.
