Call for Dock & Door Repair in Las Vegas
To reach someone about commercial loading dock or door repair at a facility in the Las Vegas metro, call (385) 325-7138 and describe what stopped working. The facility address, the bay number if known and "stuck open" are enough to start.
Call to describe the problem—if the door is stuck open or the dock is down, say so first.
Independent service-request website. Calls may be shared with an independent commercial dock-and-door repair company. That provider confirms availability, scope, pricing, and service terms.

What happens when you call
- You describe it. Facility address, bay or door number if you have it, and what stopped working. You do not need a model, a photo, a measurement or an equipment name.
- An independent company may receive the request. Calls may be shared with an independent commercial dock-and-door repair company.
- That company confirms everything that matters. Address and access. Scope. Availability. Price. Scheduling. Its own contract, work and warranty terms. Those are its decisions, not ours.
Example wording for the first sentence, not a real job and not a script: "Bay 4 is stuck halfway open at our warehouse in Las Vegas, and I can give you the address."
If you reach voicemail, leave the facility address, the door or dock number if known, what's wrong, and a callback number.
What to have ready — none of it required
This is the fullest version of the list. Every item is something you can read or recall from where you already are. None of it is homework.
- The facility address, and whether it sits inside a city or in unincorporated Clark County — the service-area page lists every place with its permit authority
- The bay or door number
- What stopped working, in your own words
- Roughly how big the opening is — "about twelve by fourteen" is fine
- Whether the door is powered, chain-operated or lifted by hand
- Whether the leveler is set into a pit or bolted to the dock face
- Any brand name or tag you can already see without going near damaged equipment
- Whether a trailer is at the door right now
- Whether the bay is in use, out of use, or standing open
- The last invoice, if this has happened before
You can call with none of this.
What this line is for — and what it isn't
This line is for commercial dock and door work at buildings: loading dock levelers, dock plates and boards, dock doors, commercial garage and overhead doors, roll-up and coiling doors, high-speed doors, rolling fire doors, dock seals, shelters, bumpers and lights, trailer restraints and dock locks, and the operators and controls on all of them. Warehouses, distribution centers, plants, cold storage, shops, fleet garages, self-storage, resort back-of-house and commercial buildings generally. One drive-in door on a small shop counts.
It is not for residential garage doors, boat docks or boat lifts, truck and trailer cargo doors, pedestrian storefront or automatic entry doors and their locks and closers, parts-only orders, or structural concrete and pit work. If that is your problem, look for a residential garage-door company, a marine contractor, a truck-body shop, a commercial door-and-hardware or automatic-door contractor, or a concrete contractor. The Las Vegas services directory sorts the covered equipment by what you can see. For detail, see commercial overhead door repair, dock leveler repair or rolling-steel door repair.
If the equipment looks unsafe — a door hanging on one cable, a raised leveler that dropped, a restraint that will not release a trailer — keep people clear, do not force it, and take the bay out of use through your facility's own process. Say on the call that it is unsafe.

About this line
Uptime Dock & Door is an independent commercial service-request website for loading-dock and commercial door repair. Uptime does not perform repairs, does not employ technicians, and does not dispatch anyone. Calls may be shared with an independent commercial dock-and-door repair company, and that provider confirms availability, scope, pricing and service terms. How it works and about Uptime explain the request path in full.
For anything administrative — a correction to this page, a records question, a partnership inquiry — use Uptime's national contact page. That route is for website matters. It is not a way to request a repair.
