Is this a commercial equipment request?
We take calls about loading dock equipment and building-mounted commercial garage, overhead, sectional, rolling steel, roll-up, sheet and high-speed doors at commercial buildings. Warehouses, distribution centers, plants, cold storage, food and beverage facilities, auto-service bays, fleet garages, workshops and commercial self-storage. Your building does not need to be large — a four-bay shop counts.
We do not take calls about residential garages, boat docks and lifts, truck or trailer cargo doors, pedestrian storefront and glass doors with their locks and closers, parts-only requests, or structural concrete, pit and slab work. Each of those has a trade that does it properly, and the pages above say which.
What if you cannot identify the equipment?
Then call and describe what you see. "It's the big door at bay 4 and it's stuck halfway open" is enough to start. You do not need a model number, a measurement or a photo, and you should not approach damaged equipment to get one.
