The one distinction worth getting right before you call: a sectional door has hinged panels that travel on overhead or vertical tracks; a coiling or roll-up door wraps into a barrel above the opening. Those are different repairs. And an installed leveler is built into the dock; a portable plate or board is a movable bridge placed for loading. Those are different equipment with different rules.

Facilities this fits: warehouses and distribution centers, manufacturing plants and machine shops, cold storage and food and beverage facilities, auto-service bays and fleet garages, municipal and contractor garages, commercial self-storage, and smaller commercial buildings with a receiving door. A facility does not have to be a large distribution center.
Not in scope: a residential garage at a home; the roll-up door on the back of a truck or trailer; a rolling grille across a mall storefront and its locks; the glass entry door at reception; selling parts for you to install yourself; and repairing the concrete pit, slab or dock face.
