"The motor runs but the door does not move" is useful to report, but it does not diagnose the cause. Operators and controls belong with the door they move: use commercial garage and overhead door repair for a sectional door, or the rolling, high-speed or fire-door page for those assemblies.
Is my rolling door fire-rated, and does that change who I call?
It changes the job, yes. A known label or building record can identify a rated assembly; a missing label does not rule one out. If the records identify a fire door, or you are not sure, start at rolling fire door repair, inspection and testing — rated assemblies carry testing and documentation requirements ordinary rolling doors do not. Do not approach a damaged door to identify it.
