Is the curtain repairable, or does the whole door get replaced?
Curtains are commonly replaceable on their own, and on many designs that is the routine repair. What changes the answer is whether the impact moved the guides or the frame, and whether the model's curtain is still supplied.
Our door broke away and has not reset. Is it broken?
Possibly not. Many high-speed doors are designed to release on impact so the curtain gives way instead of tearing. Whether it has reset properly, and whether anything was damaged in the process, is a trained check. Report it rather than trying to re-seat the curtain.
Why does the door keep reversing?
