Choose the equipment
Loading dock and dock door repair The door over the truck bay and the dock system around it. Stuck open, stuck closed, off track after an impact, bay out of service.
Commercial garage and overhead door repair Sectional doors on hinged panels using standard, high-lift or vertical-lift tracks — warehouse drive-ins, service bays, fleet garages. Broken spring, frayed cable, dented panel, operator runs but the door doesn't move.
Dock leveler repair The steel deck and lip that bridge to the trailer. Hydraulic, mechanical, air-powered, edge-of-dock, vertical-storing. Won't raise, won't lower, lip won't extend, drops unexpectedly or loses support.
Commercial roll-up and rolling-steel door repair One curtain of slats or sheet steel rolling into a barrel above the opening. Also grilles and counter shutters. Jammed partway, curtain out of the guides, too heavy to raise.
Dock seal, shelter, bumper and dock plate repair The hardware on and around the dock face. Torn seal, damaged shelter, crushed or missing bumper, damaged portable dock plate or board, dock light out.
Trailer and vehicle restraint repair Dock locks, communication lights and interlocks. Won't engage, won't release a trailer, lights disagree with reality.
High-speed door repair Fast fabric and rigid doors, including cold-storage openings. Curtain out of the guides, control panel fault, photocells stopping the door.
Rolling fire door repair, inspection and testing Fire-rated rolling doors and shutters. It dropped, it won't reset, a test is due, an inspection found something.
Commercial garage door and dock maintenance Planned programs scoped by equipment type. Not a breakdown — a schedule, a scope and a report.
Commercial garage and overhead door installation Replacement and new openings. Lead time, permits, door type, operator scope.

We take calls about loading dock equipment and building-mounted commercial garage, overhead, sectional, rolling-steel, roll-up and high-speed doors at warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, cold storage, food and beverage facilities, auto-service bays, fleet garages, workshops, commercial self-storage and other commercial buildings. Your facility does not have to be a giant DC.
We don't handle residential garages; boat docks and boat lifts; truck and trailer cargo doors; pedestrian storefront, automatic-entry, glass and hollow-metal walk-through doors with their locks and closers; parts-only orders; or structural concrete, pit and slab work.
One clarification: a pedestrian glass entrance is out of scope. A full-view sectional bay door with glazed panels that vehicles drive through is a commercial overhead door and is in scope.
If your job is on the excluded list, this is the wrong number and we would rather say so now than waste your afternoon.
