A rolling door's counterbalance lives inside the barrel, where you can't see it and shouldn't reach it. Torsion springs in a coiling door barrel hold a lot of stored energy. Don't pull harder on the chain, don't have two people hang on it, and don't take the hood off to "have a look."

No. A coiling door wraps one curtain onto a barrel. A sectional door is hinged panels on a track. People use "overhead door" and "warehouse door" loosely for both, which is fine on the phone — just describe what you see.
The curtain is stuck. Can we pull harder on the chain?
