Three practical details make the call clearer.
Finding the opening. "Door 112, north dock, Building 3" gets a technician to the right place. "The warehouse on USA Parkway" does not. Whatever your building calls its openings, use that.
Site access. Many of these facilities run gate check-in, contractor badging, safety orientation, or escort requirements. None of it is your problem to solve on the first call, but mentioning it early saves a wasted trip later.
Say what the failed bay interrupts. Another opening may not serve the same loading process or equipment. Tell the provider whether receiving, a production line or a carrier’s access is affected, and use alternatives only through your facility’s established process.

Tahoe Reno Industrial Center parcels are in Storey County. The mail may say Sparks, NV or McCarran, NV. The permit authority, the building department and the fire district are Storey's.

Use Storey County’s permitting instructions for a TRIC parcel. Reno, Sparks and Washoe share the ONE portal, but that does not make them the reviewing agency for Storey property. Ask who will prepare the actual replacement or installation submittal.
Storey County also has its own business licensing, separate from the state contractor licence. Both can be relevant on a project out there. A city or county business licence is not a substitute for a state contractor licence, and the state licence doesn't satisfy a county business licence requirement either.

Conveyor systems, sorters, racking and material-handling equipment beyond the dock opening are a different trade. So is refrigeration machinery, though the high-speed doors on a cold boundary are in scope.
Questions before you call
Is TRIC the same as Sparks for permits?
No. A Sparks or McCarran mailing address does not put a parcel in City of Sparks. Tahoe Reno Industrial Center parcels are in Storey County, with Storey's building department and fire district — use Storey’s current permitting instructions.
Can I just say "USA Parkway" as the location?
Give the street address as well. USA Parkway extends beyond the industrial center and crosses jurisdictional boundaries. Address plus building plus door number is what actually gets someone to your bay.
