What's the difference between a high-speed door and a roll-up door?
The terms overlap: a high-speed door can itself roll up, including a rigid coiling product. The useful distinction is its mechanism, operating duty, drive and controls. Describe the construction or known model; ordinary-speed rolling-steel repair has a separate page.
The door broke away and looks fine now. Do we still need someone out?
Follow the product’s post-impact procedure and have damage or uncertain seating assessed by a qualified person. Breakaway and automatic reinsertion exist on some models, but appearance does not establish safe operation. Say whether it broke away, re-seated or remains stopped; do not cycle it just to investigate.
Can a torn fabric curtain be patched?
