When do dock bumpers need replacing?
Dock bumpers are the thick blocks mounted on the dock face on either side of the door. They stop a trailer before it hits the wall or the leveler. Bumpers need replacing when they're worn thin, cracked, torn off, or loose. Worn bumpers pass the impact to the building, the leveler and the trailer.
