Breakaway versus damage
A designed breakaway and impact damage are not the same thing. A qualified provider checks which occurred and what the model’s instructions allow.
A breakaway is a designed feature. Some high-speed fabric models release their curtain from the guides on impact. Manufacturer-designed re-feed features differ; do not cycle an impacted or faulty door to see whether it resets.
So a door that "came out of the track again" may not be damaged at all. It may have done exactly what it was designed to do.
Have a qualified provider assess the door before deciding it is undamaged. Do not try to re-seat, re-feed, reset or re-tension a high-speed door. The drive, any counterbalance and controls are model-specific, and incorrect re-feeding can damage the curtain or mechanism. Keep people clear, don't force it, take the opening out of use through your facility's normal process, and describe the displacement or impact when you call.
What a qualified provider checks after a breakaway: whether the curtain is damaged or just displaced, whether the guides or brackets took the hit, whether the bottom bar is bent, whether the drive or encoder lost position, and whether the impact moved anything in the header.

Cold-storage openings have their own problems

Which local approvals matter for a high-speed door?

Why is our freezer door icing up?
